"Deeply Rooted: Small Family Farms" Exhibit at the Cedarburg Art Museum

Leslie Witte brings her photography to the Cedarburg Art Museum in the exhibition Deeply Rooted: Small Family Farms. Through her work, Witte examines everyday life on a farm, inspired by her own upbringing at Cedarburg’s own Witte’s Vegetable Farm. 

Witte’s photography provides an intimate perspective into agricultural operations that has been long overlooked by the general population.

Through this exhibition, Witte offers viewers an opportunity to catch a glimpse of the effort that goes into the production of the produce we all enjoy. This exhibition runs from April 30 through August 2, 2026.

An opening reception will be held on April 30 from 5pm to 7pm.
